Description: Peppercorn class locomotive, 2-6-0 configuration. Weight: 119.9 t (locomotive and tender); tractive effort: 32080 lbf

Duties: North-East England, and West Highland line

Significant Events: Being researched

Retirement: 2005 is preserved, and is kept at North Yorkshire Moors Railway yards but spends most of its time on the summer Fort William-Mallaig Jacobite service.
