Built: Built at Derby Works in 1955

Description: BR Standard class 5 (4-6-0). Was named as Camelot in 1959 after withdrawal of King Arthur class no. 30742. Tractive effort 26,120 lbf.

Duties: Worked on the Southern Region of British Railways until 1966 when it was withdrawn. Returned to service for a further 10 years in 1995 after overhaul. Now undergoing another overhaul.

Retirement: Withdrawn June 1966 for intended scrapping. Purchased in 1979 by Bluebell Railway, Sussex for overhaul. Return to service is likely to be in June 2015, 60 years after being built at derby.
